unable to complete a game, because app. Closes down and reverts to desk top. Losing all lives. frustrated.!!!! Can anyone help

    Are you using a Windows phone? I had this problem with my Windows phone repeatedly and since I couldn't play Pokémon go on it either I have switched to Android. No problems with android!
