what is the status of my ticket Ticket-Id:3351325? I lost ALL of my boosters yesterday morning (9/22) after I had to uninstall/reinstall Candy Crush Saga on my WIN10 PC as it was having load problems (NOT my PC's fault) and I could not log in to my FB. After I reinstalled the app and logged into my account ALL my boosters were GONE. yes I clicked on the Restore my purchases but to no avail. I also logged into my FB account and ran the app on FB and the boosters were STILL missing from there as well! This is the SECOND time this has occurred in the past few months and I need this resolved please. I loaded the app on my PC and it was synched/set to use the correct FB account but still NO boosters have returned. Thank you
