No mystery box and only got half of gold bars :|

I bough a bundle for £4.99 yesterday , I didn't get anything apart from 50 gold bars??? Also I never got 3x Booster , I got one lol . How do I get a refund. It's false advertisement because it advertised a mystery box and 100 gold bars. I have send an email to resolve this, but nothing is happening.

The service is bad,surely it doesn't take that long to resolve a technical problem, or stop selling something that people won't actually get!!!

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
