Why am I unable to recieve or send lives from my PC... Works well on my tablet.

I can recieve lives and help on my tablet but, they don't show up on my PC when i log in... I am unable to send or recieve lives... Unable to request help to the next level. I know because my daughter who lives with me never recieves my requests or lives unless i send from my tablet.

Hey Tamara,
Try turning off the notifications for Candy Crush Saga in the settings on your Facebook through PC.
I know lives and tickets are only valid for one session on Facebook, meaning that if you refresh the screen or click on a notification (which makes the screen refresh), then your lives and tickets received will disappear.
On mobile / tablet these are temporarily saved. Lives and tickets do not synchronize across devices or platforms; you only get them there where you are playing at the time of requesting them.
