Hello. I'm back again for my friend with the booster issue. Last week she was reimbursed boosters

that she had won and then lost from the treasure chests. This last time around she never got the treasure chests at all. We've cleared the cache, strong signal, everything else works, it's just the boosters and the special candies that are the problem. She keeps close track of the special candy total and it misses some of the candies that she collects. Is there anything else we can try short of a reinstall, and if we do a reinstall how can we best save lives, boosters, etc..? Thank you.

If your friend doesn't see the promotions then please refer them to this thread:

This thread states that the events are often tested with different user groups so not everyone has them.
Reinstalling won't help either, its just a randomised thing from King's side of things.
