Lost my levels on my laptop when it was reformatted

I had an issue with laptop and Dell Customer care reformatted and I lost all data. I was somewhere in level 186 and when I downloaded Candy Crush Saga again, I'm back at level 1 and it accepts same name as before not even warning that it's been taken. If it's not restored back to my level I have no motivation to resume from start. Can you solve this issue for me and yes, although FB is the preferred way for you to get profile information I donot want to update on FB for each level I clear.
