I was trying to send that my account was charged 12 times for .99 when I tried to make a purchase. It said it did not go through but when I tried a few more times and still nothing it did charge my account. Can you please refund the 12 charges of .99 to my account. The recaptcha is not working and would not let me send through there. Thank you
