Refund on purchases

On 10-2-2016, I purchased 50 gold bars for $4.99.  I has a balance of 10 before this.  The purchase went through and you subtracted the 39 gold bars for the Chompers power up that I wanted, but never received.  My balance in now 21 gold bars.  Please return my 39 gold bars for the  power up or refund my mastercard for the50 gold bars.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
