The game crushes no matter what i do

I am currently on on lvl 1714, however every time i try to do any lvl at all, the game crashes. I've had this problem now for several days. Reinstalling the game didn't help at all. I am out of solutions, what could help my situation??

    Hi BlehBleh!

    Which model of the iPad do you have?

    Please also tell which OS version you are using.

    If you are using iOS on an older device then please see this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash 

    Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.

    It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing Candy Crush to see if it solves the issue.

    Thank you very much for your answer! Though it is upsetting, since i've been playing it on the iPad 1, there is apparently not much else to do.
