Where to start. Constantly crashes on my ipad and all my bonus and gifts gone. Why?

Ok this is getting silly the game constantly crashes and closes losing any life and bonus you have used. Now it has wiped off all my bonus's and life's gifted by friends which i had over 300. Seriously what is going on.

Eh what sort of iPad is this exactly? Sounds a bit like iPad 2.. Have you searched here for Candy Crush Saga & iPad 2?

Thankyou for your help. Checked the link and basically they want people to go out and buy new devices. MMMMMM i think not. My problems started when the software was updated to 9.3.5. Thankyou though x
