ILevel96 only gives me 10 moves and does not let me win when I get over 10000 points. What's up with

It's possible it was readjusted. Top tip is to always watch out for the candy bombs, if one of them explodes before you've finished all your moves, the level will be considered failed regardless if you have beat the score as it's also required to use all of your moves on these ones.
