All of my progress lost on my phone, HELP!!

Hi.
I've lost all of my progress, purchases, and boosters on my phone. On Monday, i was asked to log into Facebook right after playing a game and after doing this, i wss back to level 1. When i tried to log into the Kingdom from my phone, the error message says'there is already an acct connected to that email address. When accessing the game from my iPad, my progress is synced up correctly, but boosters and purchases are gone.I've tried everything, literally.
Help please!!

As long as you actively connected your game to either of them, your progress will be saved and synced to it. What do you normally connect to then, Facebook or Kingdom? Boosters are locally stored so don't share across devices, even if logged into the same account. Did you also lose a separate set of boosters from the game on your iPad or were you looking there for the boosters you had in the game on your phone?
