Hi there I am still facing the same  issue 

i have lost my progress from my phone and it's not allowing me to conect to my face book 

I have tried all which is advised deleted both facebook and candy crush tried syncing no luck allows me to play on pc through Facebook but can't do any on my phone so if I can Get this rectified

Hi Parv!

What happens when you try to connect Candy Crush to Facebook? Do you get an error message?

You could also try to connect the game to Kingdom (the orange button with the crown)
