I was at level 1800 ish and now it has reset me to level 1 on candy crush app and through Facebook

I was at level 1800 ish and now it's reset me back to level 1 via the app and Facebook on iPad iPhone and on the laptop. Please help. Don't want to lose all that hard work xxx
