Lack of response

I as well as hundreds of other players have had a problem with no timed candies dropping. We have all received either no response, or the standard reply that a fix can take up to two weeks. With some players giving up the game after 2 months, I believe there is no fix. As I look into the issue further, another emerges, that the game moderators sit back and wait for the community of players to fix it before they get involved. What does it take to get someones attention to fix a technical error, to reply to questions even if it is a simple "no fix available" respknse so the frustration can end?

They're not dropping on level 1817 either. As if timed levels aren't unpopular enough.
