I just paid for 2 dainty on candy crush soda I received 1but was charged paid for 2.They went thru they process but never gave the 5 plays.Hoe do I recieve a refund..

I got a new phone and lost over 30 boosters on each booster. I managed to get my levels back. I spent way too much money to lose these.

Hi @loriann72104 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The boosters you collect are saved on your device's memory. This way you can reach them even if you are offline. Unfortunately, it also means if you change the device or reinstall the game, you will lose all the boosters you collected before. We don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you use them while playing. You can read more about it on the link below.
