Lost bonuses

Hello. I have not uninstalled Candy Crush or changed device or anything, but yesterday morning I had moved back 10 levels and lost ALL my bonuses. Still retained my gold bars. I'm very confused and frustrated - I had 70 hammers and switches, 80-90 of everything else, that I had collected over a long time. I'd love some help, or at least to understand why.
