Progress lost

I was on level 480 on my new iPhone 7 when it was robbed in town and this had taken me a fair time to get too! After reconnecting to facebook I've been taken back to level 1 and after emailing you guys I've had nothing back at all - talk about customer service! Please assist?

No option to buy extra moves or watch ads after level ends - (Edited by CM: Fixed!)
End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
