Why you steal money from credit cards?

Hi! In the past I bought a product from your game, meaning some candies, using my Visa Credit Card. Then last month I saw on my Bank papers that you stollen money from my card, without my agree!!! This is an abuse! Three time you stollen, without my agree.Please tell me how to solve the problem. I do not want any product from your Candy crush game! Waiting for your reply!
