Hello When i want to play Candy Crush on my mobile the application is quite automatically.

Hello i am facing a problem since last week. When i want to play Candy Crush on my (Mobile Samsung GT-S7582). The application of CC is quite automatically.

I have taken following actions:

1. I have update CC application.

2. Reset complete mobile and reinstall the CC. 

But problem is not resolved.

Please check and rectify the problem.
