Please help me to retrieve my acc back
Hi..my candy crush app in iOS often force close..so I've tried to uninstall and install it back again..then my candy crush acc back to level 1..all my progress disappear..My nickname is 3M and using panda avatar and at about level 20xx..I hope you can help me to retrieve my progress back..Thank you

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. If you didn't connect to either then the progress you had would of only been stored on your tablet and will have been wiped when uninstalled.
