For the 4th week in a row, and I have asked this 4 times....my CC loads to 100% and then stops

My CC loads to 100% and then stops it won't let it open for me to play.  Any help will be appreciated, as it is, this is my fourth request for this issue in as many weeks, if it isn't fixed by weekend, I will be deleting game.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say your playing a Windows 10 PC, right ? If so you really should be ditching playing through a browser and just download the game app from the Windows store. Windows 10 is designed to run like the OS on mobile and tablet and can install apps the same way, make the most of it.

no on windows 10, I'm uninstalling the game, not worth the hassle
