Candy crush update on 20th October 2016. Game asked to connect to Facebook. lost all progress!

in Support
for some reason the game had reset to level one when it asked to connect to Facebook. As a result all progress in excess of 1300 levels has been lost, with level one now saved on Facebook. Can you restore the levels please?
