App froze and made me lose gold bars

Hi,

I had just finished my level when the app completely froze, so I exited the app, came back a few times but nothing. A while later, I opened it back up and my level kept going, also using 16 gold bars!!! I wasn't even close to finishing and I never use my gold bars. Can I get them back??

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.
