Was at level 1925 on Candy Crush and was sent back to level 1, why?????

I was on level 1925. Turned on my game and I was brought back to level 1!!!!! Lost all lives and my saved candys. It won't really connect to Facebook and I don't see my friends. I have reinstalled twice with no luck!!! Please help me fix this. I don't want to lose all my levels I have completed!!! Very frustrated!

The same thing just happened to me! I don't know my exact level, but it was over 350. I'm really upset! I also uninstalled and reinstalled 2 or 3 times and logged out of Facebook and reinstalled Facebook! Now I don't know what to do! Is there anyone at Candy Crush Saga that can fix these issues?

I'm having the same problem. It happened Wednesday. Why???? How can we fix it. I was on level 1685 now I'm on level 4 they're using my other fb account. I never did play on this other account. I wanna be back on 1685!!!! If I have to start all over again I quit!!!!
