I need help!! I have asked questions why I was on level 1925 and then sent to level 1!!!

Please help me! I can't play my level 1925. I was sent back to level 1!!! I have tried logging out and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work. My friends can still see me on level 1925 but when I try to play, I am at the beginning of the game. Very frustrating. I have sent many requests but no one is helping! Candy crush saga please help me!

It sounds like your game has lost it's connection to Facebook/Kingdom which is why your progress does not show right now.

If you were connected to Facebook then please follow the steps in the video below:

If you were connected to the Kingdom then please open up the app and tap on the setting icon (bottom left) and then tap the orange icon and reconnect to your profile.
