Lost progress

I logged in yesterday and was at level 1 .all saved life's and helpers gone. Can someone at candy crush saga please fix this issue?  I have  already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I have also tried uninstalling Facebook and reinstalling Facebook. At this point I don't know what to do but I'm not starting from level one. Please help !!!
