I've read that a lot of people are having the same problem with lost progress. isn't there a way to post the "fix" instead of sending a private message? Or release an update with the "fix"
Hi there- Thanks for posting on King Care. Lost progress can be due to a lot of different reasons and in order to be able to assist we need to check the account details, this is why we often need to send a private message.
