Lost progress getting fed up!!

I was on level 1083 with lots of boosters on my iPhone and now I'm back to level 1!! Please help!! I've followed the video, it says it's connected to facebook but it doesn't look like it is. I've updated, and still I'm on level 2 (got bored passed 1) I've seen "moderators" post an answer "I'll send u a private message" there is no enevolpe in the top corner.  How is this being fixed?
