Help! Reset to level 1

i logged into my iPhone and it forced me to Facebook and then I was reset from level 2031 to level 1 and lost all my boosters.  My iPad is still correct, but I logged out of fb before it opened for fear of losing my progress there. Please help me! I have sent multiple requests! Thank you!

Hi Phoenx771- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem finding your progress on your iPhone. As your levels are still available on your iPad, it appears to be a device error.

Please could you try these steps: 

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
