I updatet my cc app and logged in too facebook then I started from level 1 again. I want too grt back too the level I had before the updatet
Hi Snorre- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your progress, I can understand how frustrating this must be.
This is likely a device error, please could you try these steps:
-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
