I can't log into my primary Facebook account

I have two facebook accounts. For some reason when I disconnect and try to log in using my main Facebook account it never gives me the option of choosing which account to log into. It always defaults to my secondary account which is not the one I want to use. I've gone from level 300+ to level 1. So how to I fix this?
Ps. I couldn't even log into the king site using my primary account I'm under my secondary account log
