My friend passed away early 2016. She still has a Facebook account and is still signed up for Candy Crush. It really hurts to see her profile on my list. Is there any way to remove her?

If the Facebook account of the departed is still active then please use the following link to report the matter to Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/228813257197480

If the account has already been deactivated yet you continue seeing their profile in the game, this is most probably caused by the cache and temporary memory.
A few easy steps should be enough to solve this for you:
- On a PC log into your Facebook profile.
- Go to Settings > Apps > find (Candy Crush Saga) and click on the X sign > Remove.
- Close Facebook, delete the cache memory of your browser and then restart it: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
- Once the cache is cleared, please uninstall the game from your mobile device, restart it and install the game again.
- When you restart the game you will be asked to Connect to Facebook - click the option to connect and the game will be restored to your Facebook account as well.
You don't have to worry about your game progress as it will be saved in our servers.
