I lost all my boosters

This is about the third time it happens, the first two was when I upgraded to a new phone once I install the app my boosters were gone. this time I had not change phone nor did I updated the app it just dissapear. I had bought some of them the others I won on the daily spin, the one that gives you something for 9 days. playing 5 to 6 level game with one life. and the gift box. please find a way to return my treasure as I save them for hard games.
