Boosters stolen

How do I get boosters back? Bad enough that CC doesn't keep that progress like lives, etc, but just bought a 6.99 pack only to have it disappear a day later after using only one. Need boosters restored or refund. It is really disgusting to have boosters that you spend time gaining for hard levels just disappear for no good reason. Shame on you for not keeping that data associated with the account. No technical reason that couldn't be done!
