Hey Matt,
What Windows version and what browser are you using or have you tried?
I play on a 2014 Dell laptop with worse specs as your Acer A10, but it loads fine for me and allows me to play all the games. I use Windows 10 and use https://www.google.com/chrome/ as a browser.
