i keep losing my game at level 50.!

This is the second time I have lost my levels back to level one. i need  you to give me back my game to level 50,and let me go on with my game. If you do not do this what good is it to play this game. hope to see my level 50 right away, other wise I will delete your game and get on face book and tell friends and family that it is worth playing if the game just restarts when it feels like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Oh one more thing I had waited 2  days before it went back please help me start back on level 51..!! THANK YOU!
