    Hi Elin Nilsson,

    Don't worry - we can help your mother to get her levels back.

    Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact with your mother and solve the issue.

    Hello, it's my dad's phone, he got the same problem unfortunately the game started him back level 1 ! Can u help Jim,Mr Hawk, please ?

    Hi Mark. I uninstalled and reinstalled today and also lost progress. Can you help me get it back please.
