Game gone crazy, all boosters gone, challenges dissapear then re-appear

All my boosters have gone. All my gold bars have gone. Daily spin wheel has gone. Challenges very unstable, currently showing: Spooky Ride; Dexters Delight; Trick or Treat; Trick or Treat repeated.

Dont know if it's relevant but before boosters etc disappeared I had message that I was one of the best players and was being given a special challenge. However when I pressed the "Shiny" button I was taken to my current level (2033) and no sign of any special challenge.

Please don't tell me I have to start my booster again, I had over a dozen of all boosters bar check mark and coconut wheel of which I had over twenty of each. It was bad enough being ignored by support when I complained about having to accept the loss of over two thousand booster when I changed from Windows phone to Android.
