Facebook progress not updating properly, game started over

I updated my CC app and it started me over. Tried everything, including Facebook disconnect/reconnect. Online, Facebook still shows my progress at level 1900 and change. When linking, nothing. Literally tried everything, including trouble shooting from these questions, at length.

 I have posted the same question multiple times I received an email from somebody and responded to that and still nothing. It would be nice if I could get some help. On my laptop my candy crush is completely normal and I am at level 1900 something but my phone reset and my app has pushed me back down to level one on my iPhone. I have tried all thTry to reconnect and none of them have workede tips and tricks that of been listed to  Try to reconnect and none of them have worked.
