Restoring Candy Crush Saga to new iphone

Ran over my iphone with my tractor. Not a little one, but a 10,000 pound tractor. Shattered the glass, bent the case, etc. Phone still works but cannot be repaired.

Candy Crush Saga. Level 1275 with 178 color bombs, 122 stripes & bombs, 194 fish, 122 rolling circles, 32 lollipops, 27 switches, and probably more that I cannot see (looking through shattered screen). iTunes and iCloud do not back up the game or at least will not restore. I managed to recover my level by connecting to facebook but all my goodies are lost. Grrrrr

Is there anyway to recover these? They are still present and usable on the old phone. The intersting thing is that iTunes backup and restored Candy Crush Soda with all goodies but not Candy Crush Saga. WHY?

Looking at the backups with iExporer, Saga is there and there is a document folder. Are the "goodies" saved in there even though not transfered on a restore? All my goodies are saved on the old phone and there should be a way to recover them.
