How come the game thinks it's my stepdaughter playing and not me?

Starting a few weeks ago, whenever I play Candy Crush Saga, the game seems to think it's my stepdaughter playing.  It connects to her Facebook account and give all progress made to her.  She doesn't even play Candy Crush Saga!  I've noticed it's only doing this on my phone, and not my tablet.  How do I fix this issue?  Deleting and reinstalling the game did not work, nor did turning my phone off and then back on.

My sister had that problem. Her husband had logged into his Facebook using the browser on her phone and didn't log out. When she opened the game it opened to his candy crush instead of hers.
