I was up to almost 1400 on candy crush &was blocked out because of 2 accounts on one e-mail address

my friend helped me get a kindle & downloaded candy crush - but had to open facebook to do so. This had the kindle automatically label me as Selli (English translated to Greek and then back to English - different alphabet with no way to write the Sh). So i ended up with another name and started at 0 on facebook. After 6 months i get a message that i am locked out of my OLD account because of 2 accounts with 1 e-mail address. I truly want to use my old account - i have cancer, on chemo, losing memory & was told to try games to improve my memory. Is there a way - to have my old account? I don't care about facebook - can i delete that app for king and everything will be acceptable? or what else could solve problem?
