I did not get anything when I spun the wheel and got the Jackpot bonus

Last week I landed on a treasure chest and did not get any booster.  This morning I opened the game to spin the daily booster of the day and to my shock/surprise I landed on the JACKPOT BONUS.  I have been playing Candy Crush for 2 years and finally got the JACKPOT BONUS.  Well, when I click on CLAIM YOU PRIZE.... I GOT NOTHING.  Therefore I even lost the daily booster.  I would be very happy to know and GET the JACKPOT BONUS.  CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?
