I have played Candy Crush with no problems until 3-4 weeks ago when something changed. Now the game crashes 9 out of 10 times. With no warning or explanation from your company, you allowed us to continue to believe these issues could be fixed by.........we all know what you advised. Why would you stop support for certain devices? King games could certainly work a fix for this issue, but instead you simply ignore us. Not everyone can afford to buy a new upgraded device every time you decide to add more graphics. I am sad, I looked forward to my down time each evening to play Candy Crush, but unless you figure out a solution I will be looking to play another game (not King)

I don't think it's a case of working on a 'fix'. If the device is running software from 3/4 years ago then it cannot replicate the game and guarantee performance with the newer apps. This is how fast technology moves these days. It's unfortunate of course but I don't think you can blame King. Blame the manufacturers who update their devices all the time.
