Treasure chest issue - passed all three chests and none opened! How do I fix this!?

This is the first time I've had an issue with the game - I opened the app and the treasure chest screen popped up saying to find the treasure by passing the levels, which I was able to do, but none of them opened as they normally would as I passed them. I tried hitting info and on the chests themselves and nothing happened. It just said I needed to reach the chests to unlock them (which I had done). Not sure what to do in this situation and any help would be much appreciated. (I tried to paste the screenshot I grabbed in the game but can't tell if it's on the post or not...)
