Back to level one, lost years of game progress connecting to facebook

I connected to Facebook to save my progress on both the candy crush and the soda one too and it wiped my game on both apps. Back to level one. Spent years playing and now it's all gone. How do I restore my games? I never signed up with an email and only joined here to resolve this issue. Is it some kind of scam ?? Please reply as my last question was ignored.
