Progress lost on new phone

Hi there, I've seen this question here but the offered solutions did not work for me. I was not connected to fb and the game does not recognize my email.

 I was somewhere in the 700's and after getting a new phone I'm back to square one. Any ideas on how to get my progress from the last years back? Thanks a mill in advance.
