Last week my game reset to level 1. Now my night owl levels are gone (after I passed level 20). Wtf?

Last week my game froze and then suddenly reset itself to level 1. So I just started over and after I passed level 20 got access to the night owl levels. Today it froze again and once I restarted it, my night owl levels are gone. Anybody have this problem? Any luck restoring it?
