I can't log into the iTunes store on Candy Crush, but can on other King games. Also, all games crash

I can't log into the iTunes store on Candy Crush, but can on other King games. Also, all games crash regularly even though I've taken all steps you suggest.

For the issue of connecting to the store. Check your payment details, check your wifi/mobile data etc
